1What are the mountain’s opening hours?

Check our dedicated schedule page for current hours anytime. We reserve the right to modify the schedule without notice. Please contact Guest Services for more information.

2How can I check trail conditions in real-time?

Head over to our detailed conditions page to view live updates on grooming and trail status.

3Do you offer night skiing? How many trails are open?

Yes! We have 12 lit trails for night skiing. Check our schedule for specific evening hours.

4How do you prepare the trails for night skiing?

Our maintenance teams rework the slopes between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to ensure perfect conditions for the evening session.

5Do you have beginner slopes?

Yes! We have 8 slopes suited for beginners, as well as a dedicated learning area that is perfect for starting out safely.

6How to know the status of the mechanical lifts?

Consulate our conditions page to check the real time status of the mechanical lifts.

7 Is the school slope free?

Yes, the magic carpet on the school slope is free. It is available from opening time until 4pm.

8What are the ticket prices for a full day?

Daily ticket prices vary depending on the time of year and current promotions. Visit our online ticketing service to get the best price and choose the option that’s right for you.

9Where do I pick up my subscription?

You can retrieve your subscription at the Customer Service Center, located in the Service Chalet. Present your emailed QR code during your online transaction.

10What is your return policy for daily tickets?

Day tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer them to a later date up to 24 hours before the first day of use. After this time, transfers are no longer possible. To transfer a ticket, contact Guest Services at billeterie@skivsc.com.

11Are tickets purchased at the end of the season still valid next year?

Yes, however, they will need to be reactivated, and fees may apply if there is a price difference. Visit customer service to reactivate your tickets.

12Do you offer rebates for night time ski or for certain days of the week?

Yes! Tuesday and Sunday evening discounts are still available. Visit our ticket office for more information.

13Can I get a refund if I hurt myself after purchasing a subscription?

A credit note will be applied to your account upon presentation of a medical note and proof of purchase, to be sent to customer service at billeterie@skivsc.com.

14Can I exchange my night time subscription for a full time subscription?

Yes, please visit customer service before December 15th to exchange your item and pay the difference in price.

15When is my subscription valid until?

Your subscription is valid from the date of purchase until April 31.

16Do you offer promotions for large groups?

Yes. To schedule a group visit, please contact our sales department at ticketing@skivsc.com.

17How do I refill my RFID card?

Log in to your profile on our online ticketing platform and select the desired ticket. Complete your transaction to top up your card. For any questions, contact us at billeterie@skivsc.com.

19Can I bring my own food?

Food is welcome in our Lunch Box section. Microwaves are available to heat up your meals. Please note that alcoholic beverages are prohibited on site. The Resto-Bar Le Pitch offers a selection of drinks.

20 Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?

Yes, we have 4 terminals compatible with all types of electric vehicles.

21Do you rent equipment?

Yes, equipment rental is available in the Service Chalet. You can also reserve your equipment online.

22Do you offer discounts for equipment rental if we stay in your accommodations?

Yes, several options are available. Contact us at hebergement@oxygenstcome.com for more information.

23Are handicapped skiers eligible for rebates?

We offer an adapted ski program. For more information, visit our dedicated adapted skiing page.

24Do you have a refund policy for unforeseen weather conditions?

25What do I do if I lose my pass or ticket?

Please bring your proof of purchase to customer service. Fees may apply.

26Do you offer ski or snowboarding lessons?

Yes, check out our schedule at [link to Oxygen Sport page] to book online or contact the Oxygen Sport School at 450-883-0701, option 3.

27Do you organize events or special activities?

Yes! Check out our events calendar to make sure you don’t miss any of the season’s activities.

28Do you have any activities for non-skiers?

Yes, we offer snowshoe trails accessible from the Val Saint-Come Hotel.

29Can I rent a chalet or a room near the slopes?

Of course! Consult our lodging website to find the best option for your stay.

31Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed at the base of the mountain, but are not allowed on the lifts. 

32Is parking free?

Yes, all parking is free.

35Are there thematic nights or apres-ski events?

Yes! Every Friday from December to March, join us for après-ski at the Resto-Bar Le Pitch. You can also enjoy après-ski at your own pace and in your own style during regular opening hours.

36Why should I reserve my subscription during the presale?

Pre-sale allows you to benefit from the best rates and be ready as soon as the season opens!

37Do you have options for groups?

Yes, contact our customer sales representative to organize a group visit. 

1When is the Val Saint-Côme Bike Park open?

Our Bike Park runs throughout the summer, usually from June to October, weather permitting. Check our official calendar for exact opening dates.

2What are the daily rates for mountain biking?

Rates vary depending on the day:

  • Escape Thursdays: $24 (Ages 12 & under) | $29 (Ages 13 & up)

  • PM Special (Friday & Saturday, 2 PM – 7 PM): $27 for everyone

  • Regular Day Pass: $32–$42 depending on age

Note: Add $4.35 for the RFID card.

3Can I rent a bike on-site?

Yes! We offer a fleet of high-end Devinci bikes to suit your riding style:

  • DH (Downhill) models

  • Enduro models

  • 24-inch kids’ bikes

Full protective gear is also available for rent to keep you safe on the trails.

4Are the trails suitable for beginners or families?

Absolutely! The Boréal trail was specifically designed for first-timers, according to the latest 2024 standards. Other trails, like Sonic, offer a smooth learning curve—perfect for a fun family day out on the mountain.

5Can I stay overnight after a day of riding?

Yes! We offer several ways to extend your mountain escape:

  • High-end Oxygen Chalets: Premium comfort (Includes 2 day passes).

  • Bike-in / bike-out Auberge: Convenient slopeside lodging with secure bike storage.

  • Vanlife spots: Serviced or unserviced sites available at the Auberge or in the main parking area.

6Are there any special biking events or promos this summer?

Yes! Besides our discounted evening rates and workshops with LVL UP MTB, keep an eye on our social media and website for special events, themed nights, friendly competitions, and so much more.

7Do you offer mountain bike lessons or workshops?

Yes! In partnership with LVL UP MTB, we offer private, semi-private, and small group workshops. From progressive coaching to jumps, cornering, and technical skills—we’ve got everything you need to ride better and with more confidence.

8Can I eat or drink on-site?

Yes! Le Pitch Resto-Bar is open for lunch, après-ride, or evening drinks. With our outdoor patio, revamped menu, and local craft beers, it’s the perfect spot to refuel and relax.

9What should I bring for a day at the Bike Park?
  • Your bike (or rent one right here!)
  • Protective gear (full-face helmet highly recommended)
  • Water, snacks, gloves, and weather-appropriate gear
  • Your RFID card (if you already have one)

Un immense merci à notre équipe terrain. 👏

On parle souvent de l’expérience sur la montagne. Derrière chaque journée fluide, chaque piste sécuritaire, chaque détail qui fonctionne… il y a une équipe qu’on voit moins, mais qui fait toute la différence.

Quand la montagne ralentit, eux ne s’arrêtent pas. Ils travaillent sur le terrain, ajustent, préparent, entretiennent toujours avec la même rigueur, peu importe les conditions.
